What data we process

Steam data: SteamID, public profile name and avatar — to sign you in and show your account.

Account data: creation date, subscription status and history, administrator action log entries.

Your skin selections on our game servers (inventory), if you use them.

Technical data: your IP address is used to protect the service from overload and abuse and is not stored in the account database.

Order data from Paddle: order number, e-mail, country, amount and status — to grant and renew your subscription. We never receive or store card details.

Texture files are not uploaded: material preparation receives only the recipe text and file names, which are not stored.

Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: sign-in session, form protection and the chosen language. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Who receives data

Valve (Steam) — when you sign in with Steam. Paddle.com — when you pay, as the seller of the order. Hosting providers of our servers in the European Union. Data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Database backups are kept for 14 days. Order data is kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion of your account by contacting support. Deletion does not cover data we are required to keep by law.
