Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. The service
Workshop Manager (“we”, “the service”) is the website workshopmanager.site, the Workshop Manager app for Windows and our CS2 game servers. The service helps skin and sticker creators inspect their work in Counter-Strike 2.
By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account
You sign in only with Steam: we receive your SteamID and public profile name and never see your Steam password. You are responsible for the security of your Steam account and for actions taken with it.
3. Subscription and payment
Paid features (custom skins and stickers) are available with a subscription. Prices and periods are listed on the Pricing page.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service only with your own work or work you have the author’s permission to use.
You must not: pass custom skins off as real items when trading or exchanging, or otherwise deceive other players; disrupt the website, the app or the servers; bypass access restrictions; violate the rules of Steam and Counter-Strike 2.
The app does not modify game memory and starts CS2 without VAC (-insecure); official matchmaking cannot be joined in this mode.
5. App licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Workshop Manager app on your computers under these terms. The app and the server features remain our property.
You must not: decompile, disassemble or modify the app or circumvent its protection; build other software on it; distribute, sell or publish the app or the materials prepared by the service (the files installed into the game) without our permission; share access to your account with other people.
These restrictions apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Content and trademarks
You keep all rights to your skins, stickers and textures. Texture files are not uploaded to our servers.
Counter-Strike, CS2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Workshop Manager is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. CS2 updates may temporarily break features; we work to restore them quickly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the last update is shown above. Material changes take effect no earlier than 14 days after publication.
